Seascape Family Aquatic Center

Bring a group and reserve a private party tent at the pool for two hours. Catering is available at an additional cost through Garibaldi’s Restaurant. Party Tents can be reserved up to four months in advance from party date. Any last-minute (within one week) Party Tent requests must be scheduled through Shelby Mepham. Party Tent rentals must be paid for in full at the time of reservation. Rentals cancelled due to pool closure will be refunded in full. Any rentals cancelled prior to 48 hours of rental date will be refunded in full. Rentals cancelled within 48 hours will be refunded 50%. All food must be purchased from Garabaldis.

General Rules 

• Supervision: Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian who is at least 18 years old. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Lifeguards are on duty to enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies. 

• Swim Attire: Proper swimwear is required. Clean-lined bathing suits must be worn. Street clothes, spandex, and cut-off shorts are not permitted. Solid white T-shirts are allowed in the pool. 

• Adult Swim: An adult swim is held for 15 minutes every hour for patrons ages 18 and older. Children are not permitted during this time. 

• Conduct & Prohibited Items: Admission will be denied to anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol or exhibiting disruptive behavior. Alcohol, nicotine, and tobacco products are prohibited and may result in removal from the facility. 

• Capacity: Pool capacity is limited to 1,300 patrons. The Hoffman Estates Park District reserves the right to deny admission once capacity is reached. 

Floatation & Child Safety

• Only U.S. Coast Guard–approved flotation devices allowed; must be within arm’s length of a guardian.

• No masks, fins, or snorkels.

• Non–toilet-trained children must wear swim diapers.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Food & Drink

• No outside food, drinks, or gum.

• Food and drinks allowed only in concessions area or under the Special Event tent.

• No glass, coolers, or alcohol.

Weather

• Pool may not open below 68°F or during inclement weather.

• Pool closes for lightning, thunder, or tornado warnings.

• Pool may close for low attendance.

Slide Rules

• Riders must be proficient swimmers and at least 48 inches tall.

• No glasses, goggles, flotation devices, or toys.

• Guests with medical conditions should not ride.

• Ride at your own risk.

Lost & Found 

• Lost and found available.

• HEParks is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
