Our community centers offer flexible room configurations that can accommodate everything from small board meetings to large banquets.
- Amenities: Rentals include table and chair setup/takedown. Kitchen access and audio/visual equipment are available in select rooms.
- Triphahn Center & Willow Recreation Center: Rent individual meeting rooms, board rooms, or combine spaces for larger events.
- Capacity: Rooms available for groups ranging from intimate gatherings of 10 to large events of 100+ guests.
Outdoor Picnic Shelters & Parks
Enjoy the outdoors for your family reunion, company picnic, or neighborhood gathering.
Take advantage of our beautiful parks by reserving a dedicated shelter for your group.
- Locations: Available at major parks including Vogelei, Fabbrini, Evergreen, and more.
- Options: Choose from half-day or full-day rentals.
- Features: Most shelters are located near playgrounds and open fields. (Note: Alcohol and grilling regulations apply).
Gyms & Athletic Fields

We provide top-tier athletic facilities for organized sports and casual recreation.
- Ice Arena: Rent the ice at the Triphahn Center for private hockey practices, figure skating, or broomball.
- Indoor Gymnasiums: Full and half-gym rentals available at Triphahn Center, Willow Recreation Center, and The Club at Prairie Stone for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball.
- Outdoor Fields: Permits available for soccer, cricket, baseball, and softball fields, including the premier lighted fields at Cannon Crossing.
