Access to information and transparency to our community is something the Hoffman Estates Park District takes very seriously. To that end, we’ve compiled a list of the most frequently requested documents to assist the public in obtaining information. We welcome your feedback and/or questions.

In compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, the Hoffman Estates Park District’s Freedom of Information Act Officers and Open Meeting Act Officers are as follows:

Freedom of Information Act

In compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, the Hoffman Estates Park District’s Freedom of Information Act Officers and Open Meeting Act Officers are as follows:

    There will be no fee for the first 50 black and white copies; additional black and white copies are 15 cents each; color copies are 50 cents each; copies of certified records are $1.00 each record. When responding to Commercial Requests, there will be a fee of $10 per hour after the first 8 hours for personnel time.

REGULAR BOARD MEETINGS — 4th Tuesday of the month immediately following Administration & Finance Committee (unless otherwise stated)
Addresses the business affairs of the Park District.

BUILDINGS & GROUNDS COMMITTEE — 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise stated)
Addresses topics relating to the improvement or development of facilities or park grounds.

RECREATION & FACILITIES COMMITTEE — 3rd Tuesday of the month between 7:15 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (unless otherwise stated) 
Makes recommendations that focus on the organization and implementation of recreational and athletic programs.

ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE COMMITTEE — 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise stated)
Addresses topics relating to personnel and reviews financial issues affecting the Park District.

These meetings are open to the public. Residents are welcome to attend.
