DESCRIPTION:️‍♀️ Swing for a Cause – Golf the Green ️‍♂️\n  Date: Sept 5\, 2025  Location: Bridges of Poplar Creek\nCome enjoy a day on the green and make a difference! 100% of daily play tee times and green fees will benefit the Friends of HEParks Foundation\, supporting at-risk families in Hoffman Estates by providing access to recreational programs.\n\n\n\nTee times can be booked up to 7 days in advance here\n\n\nLearn more about the foundation or donate here\n\n\n  \nThe Friends of HEParks Foundation is a dedicated group of community volunteers who raise money so that more residents can participate in and enjoy recreational opportunities\, regardless of their social\, physical or economic circumstances and limitations. It is the mission of the Hoffman Estates Park District and the Foundation to promote the health and well being of residents through first class facilities and programs. \n\n \n\n \n\n  Bridges Green Fees (2025 Rates)\nGreen fees vary based on the day and time: \n\nWeekday (Monday–Friday): $40–$49 (includes cart)\nWeekend (Saturday–Sunday): $60–$74 (includes cart)\nWalking Rates: $34 on weekdays and weekends after 1:00 PM\nPeak Weekend Mornings: Up to $82\, as noted by some players\n\n\n\n\nThe final three holes are considered by many locals to be the toughest finishing trio in all of Illinois. It begins with an uphill par 4\, followed by the longest par-3 and par-4 holes respectively. The Bridges of Poplar Creek C.C. offers a round that will challenge even the most avid golfers.
