HEParks’ STAR program provides a safe, engaging, and reliable environment for children at their own school locations. Our goal is to balance academic support with social development, offering a consistent routine that includes homework help, physical activities, and creative enrichment. Let our trained staff help your child bridge the gap between the school day and home with a program designed for both fun and achievement.

Transparent Rates for Your Peace of Mind
We know that flexibility is key for busy families. Our STAR rates are structured to ensure you only pay for the time your child is with us, whether it’s a few mornings a week or full-time afternoon care.
2025-2026 District 15 Fees:
- AM Only (Before School): $157.00 per month
- PM Only (After School – 3 Day): $178.00 per month
- PM Only (After School – 5 Day): $266.00 per month
- Daily Rate (Add-on): $15.00 AM / $26.00 PM
2025-2026 District 54 Fees:
- AM Only (Before School): $151.00 per month
- PM Only (After School – 3 Day): $171.00 per month
- PM Only (After School – 5 Day): $255.00 per month
- Daily Rate (Add-on): $15.00 AM / $26.00 PM
