We understand that plans change. Use this form to request a credit, transfer to another program or a refund. Our team will review your request and follow up within 5–7 business days.
Before you begin please know:
- Requests must be submitted prior to the second class session or before the rental/event date.
- A processing fee may apply per district policy.
- Some programs, events, or services are non-refundable.
- Refunds for credit card payments will be returned to the original payment method.
