Swim Lessons Level 6

This level involves a continuous 10-minute swim, followed by a 5-minute survival or back float, and 5 minutes of treading water. It also includes treading water using only the legs for 2 minutes, along with swimming 200 yards each in front crawl and backstroke, 50 yards each in breaststroke and butterfly, and 100 yards in elementary backstroke.
