Gymnastics

HEParks offers high-quality gymnastics programs at the Willow Center in partnership with Tumbling Times. Led by experienced Tumbling Times instructors, these programs develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through progressive instruction on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Classes emphasize tumbling, body awareness, and apparatus skills in a safe, supervised environment. With proper equipment and proven teaching methods, participants build confidence while developing a strong athletic foundation.
